Labor disputes have been a common occurrence throughout our history, and they do not appear to be a thing of the past anytime soon.  These labor disputes can arise from a long list of issues to include but not limited to: issues related to better working conditions, overtime pay, better wages, better health benefits, retirement, etc...

In many cases, labor disputes are usually negotiated amicably between employers and union/labor representatives; however, if history has taught us anything, it has taught us this, history can and does repeat itself.

We have all seen our share of peaceful labor disputes turn violent at a moment’s notice and it is still unclear as to what the catalyst for such violence is; however, what is clear is this, added security measures are needed when attempting to mitigate any violence and/or legal liabilities.
